Hello,

theoretically youbecause the cyclist has lost nothing on this side of the road.

In case of an accident, you two would get a partial debt.

The cyclist. All of them. Because cross traffic.

And Fidralis is right. The cyclist is a ghost driver. If possible. Also valid for cyclists the right-handed. This would have to use the cycle path on the other side.

The cyclist even if he has to look for nix.

Why should he be looking for nix? He’s on the wheel strip as planned… Highest because he’s driving in the wrong direction…

The “highest” makes the thing extremely dangerous for the cyclist, sometimes, apart from the legal consideration, almost no driver sees the wrong side, i.e. whether the cyclist drives the full lighting program (Wahnweste, Licht), he will probably be ” overlooked” and if it runs badly, cleared and the next day there is another accident in the local press.

Legal traffic!?

Addendum: Such an accident was still in the local press, fortunately the cyclist survived it.

It may be anything, but no one can free himself from a momentary failure – the second main danger comes from another corner:

Turn left – it comes here on the road from the left, passes (the green car) and bends. And at the latest, it doesn’t have to make the shoulder look to the left behind, because simply and grasping nobody can drive – nothing helps if someone is dead.

So: drive NIEMALS against the direction!

I’m with you. Whether the cyclist is driving on the wrong side or not, does not mean that the driver is relieved of his due diligence. it must nevertheless look at re and li. Especially since a car has a clearly higher risk than a cyclist or a pedestrian.

The cyclist also has an entrance on the wrong side. Could also be a skateboarder or a child on tretroller or the like, so the car driver has to expect that from the direction someone comes faster than a pedestrian.

As already written, an accident can lead to partial debt.

And regardless of the accident, there’s fine when the police see it.

The cyclist. However, it runs counter to the prescribed direction of travel, so in case of an accident it would probably get a partial debt assigned.

The cyclist rides on the wrong side of the road. However, “Provide a trip”.

The cyclist, even if he drives on the wrong side of the road

The cyclist has priority because you have a priority-giving-table and the cyclist rides on a cycling path with cyclist crossing.
