Who has experience with heel spurs?

Hello, I've had a heel spur on my right foot (plantar) since September last year. (The orthopedist said it wasn't that serious and would go away on its own.) I bought insoles because I thought the pain would go away… and it did, but only for a few weeks. After that, I could hardly walk without the insoles because I was in so much pain. This pain has now started on my left foot too, and is now equally severe in both. Sometimes I can't walk at all because of the pain (I haven't used the insoles for a month). Does anyone have any idea whether I now have heel spurs on both feet and whether the pain will go away soon? Does anyone have any tips on what to do about it?

I would be happy to receive answers

Fersensporn is a reaction due to overload.

Promise the whole thing with a doctor or physiotherapist, who may have aids and solutions like you more quickly regenerate.

I was with a specialist in accident surgery years ago. He gave me a syringe (also because there was a little inflammatory). With me, the heel spur has gone away from me alone – but has taken time.

Regular movement can help.

I don’t know exactly – maybe 3 months until everything was gone. But that doesn’t always work. EIne OP at your feet should be omitted if it is avoidable.

Bathing in vinegar water helps.
