Wer haftet beim Drohnenabsturz?

Had a similar case, I flew and a man has accused the drone with stones and there were more damages due to impact of the stones/drone in the residential zone, I myself could report everything with liability etc., since the man was very aggressive against me and I know my rights I neutralized him and called police, of course if the perpetrator is unknown very good question as it is then without witnesses…. with the drone like DJI you can read a lot later and DJI can look out for something…

Peter (out of the operating risk) and the shooter are liable as a total debtor. The contactor is liable in the internal ratio. If he is not known, the injured person or his backbone will contact Peter.

For aircraft there is, in my knowledge, no possibility of exculpation by force majeure (which would not be the case here anyway) or unusable event, but in this respect I would also like to teach myself a better one.

“Peter has permission for it.”

In this case, there will also be a compulsory insurance scheme.

So Peter Null needs to think, legitimate claims are paid by this, unauthorized rejected.

Well, since Peter had a recovery and it was almost a hit on him (his drone was), I would say the guilt is quite clear to the “Attentäter”. However, Peter could get a small partial debt.
