Hello, there are numerous illegal streaming sites on the Internet. I'm wondering who creates these sites and what they gain from them, who blocks these illegal sites, and is it true that the operators make money from them?

Because no one makes it pure charity for free movies and series for everyone.
And so the other questions are almost answered.
And blocking the pages do the rights holders by means of law guards.
And how do they get to the movies?
The films come from the release groups that upload them to corresponding servers.
They’re on the advertising page. This makes their money
