there were some answers wrong. A reviewer determines a value and of which at least 50% must be reached in the first appointment. Up to 70%, the bank has to agree.

You can expect a loss over the official estimated value of up to 50 % in the first date if the bank does not install a veto if no 70 % is achieved in that date.

In the second term, the two limits mentioned are omitted and the bids may be free.

There are also in 2. The date is a depletion limit, which is approximately 25%, but is also taken into account only on request.

Perfectly right!

Old mountain wisdom: It’s thirsty. If this is a half-way region, the objects are currently clearly moving away from traffic value. An exact number will not be able to tell you before the appointment.

This applies to the number of interested parties and tenderers.

You get as much as someone is ready to pay. The bank will at least want as much as you owe you.

if 70% of the value is reached, the bank no longer has any influence

That’s gross nonsense. The operating bank can stop the procedure at any time.

It depends. Sometimes they go well beyond value, sometimes not at all. Especially since the bank has to agree to the purchase price.

The operating bank may: at any time , even if 300 % of the transport value are offered.

e.g. according to § 30 ZVG

if 70% of the estimated value is exceeded, the bank has nothing to report

in the end As the owner, the sale proceeds exceeding the bank’s credit debt will be paid to you.

No one here knows your remaining debts at the time of the auction – and equally we do not know what price the house was sold/will be.

Unfortunately, even after such an auction many debtors are still sitting on a debt mountain.
