Wenn jemand in Deutschland von einem Deutschen Gutachter als Psychisch gestört bzw. Psychisch Krank bezeichnet wird dann bekommt dann diese Diagnose.
Wenn die Person aus Deutschland in einem anderen Land wechselt, bzw. Auszieht kann es dann sein dass seine oder ihr Psychiatrische Erkrankung beseitigt wird?!
Hat dass Land was damit zutun?
