Whether the animal recovers depends on what it has. I found a bumblebee and put her in the garden where the floor was wet. When she felt wetness, she became more lively and drank. And after that, she was gone.
I think it has broken legs it has tried to erect, but now it only moves a little when I get close with the finger
I’d still get her out and make her feed and water available. I have cats, so I’d put a little cat food or fruit on her nose.

Just let them sit or transport them out when they bother you.
