Ja, die Kartennummer ändert sich dann, diese dient ja zur Indentifikation einer einzelnen Karte und kommt daher nur einmal je Bank vor.
Deine IBAN usw. bleibt aber natürlich gleich.

Sie bekam und bekommt deswegen eine neue Kartennummer.
Die Kontonummer bleibt gleich.
