If I spend +/- 150 euros per month on my hobby (collection), is that relatively a lot?

My fellow students think that would be almost excessive.

It always depends on your priorities if you have a lot of fun and enjoyment in your collections, then you might have to step a bit shorter in another place, which you will surely like to do.

You always have to decide in life what is important and what is second.

Your collection is important to you, and therefore 150 € are not too much.

Happy for you

I give for my hobbies or Collections monthly similarly much and do not find it too much

Relative is relative.

I’ve got a friend who’s dealing with mothers for sanitary supplies.

He buys such nuts in large quantities for 0.01 € per dozen and then sells them for 0.02 €.

From this relatively tiny 0.01% difference in prices he has been living on his own, relatively small island (3000 ha), in the Indian Ocean for years.

He can count!

As always, the answer is relative: JEIN

Because how much you can spend on a hobby depends entirely on your available income or income. the available financial resources.

For someone working full-time with a decent salary, 150 probably won’t be too big a hole in the bag.

For a student without his own income with BaFöG, 150 will be quite a lot of money.

This depends on how much money you have available.

Depends on how much money you have at your disposal, and whether you have to make other marks. If you have to deny your entire living from 1000€ a month, that’s a lot. If you earn 5,000€ net in the month and after all the fixed costs you still have 3500€ left, then it’s rather little. You can’t answer this on a flat-rate basis.

Jain. It’s a hobby. With me it is also well worth 100€ a month for me. However, my hobby is my animals and there may also be 300€ if it goes to the veterinarian or more (the most expensive to date were the cradles with insg 2000€ in 11 years, as well as the veterinarian with also good 1000€ or even more in the same time).

We don’t know your hobby, but if it’s anything with music or modelling, that’s average. Even those who go to a football stadium every weekend should spend a lot of money.

If you can afford it, no.

Other people do other things that are important to them and put their money in there. There’s every one’s priorities.

You can’t say that on a flat-rate basis, especially if you don’t know how much money is available to you.

Basically, you can say that everything is okay as long as you don’t blame yourself for it.

150€ every month I find a lot for something like that, but well.

There are infinitely many not quite inexpensive hobbies. And this is yours. I don’t see a problem.

The hobby is like blood in the veins. And blood is the most precious. In this sense, the feeling of life is worth all the money in the world. As long as no one suffers from it.

It depends on income. If that’s 20% of the income, it’s a lot. If it is 1/2%, then it is little.

It also depends on income.

At least for me.
