Wenn die Spannrolle zwitschert?

Hallo, ich hätte eine Frage an euch.

 

Wenn die Spannrolle Geräusche macht, reicht es aus, wenn ich die Spannrolle an sich tausche, oder könnte das Geräusch auch von der Spanneinheit an sich kommen (das Teil, woran die Spannrolle geschraubt ist)?

So the quilting comes from the ball bearing of the roll and should disappear by exchanging the roll. It could be that the lever of the tensioning roller has too much play and the roller runs smoothly obliquely in the long term so that the bearing can be loaded more strongly.

Actually, you’re going to stretch the tensioning reel after the strap is down and try to shave it when it’s bombs solid then that fits.

The noise will come from the ball bearing, since a roller permanently suffers from lever forces when mounted on one side. Without good lubrication, it squeaks until at some point inner life burns.

Make a bit of copper paste, then nothing is swung and the screw can be opened later.
