Weniger Verlangen nach ungesunder Ernährung?

Warum ist es so, dass wenn man längere Zeit sich gesund ernährt, man gar kein Verlangen mehr hat nach so viel ungesunder Ernährung, und sogar sich vor ungesunder Ernährung Ekelt?

Ich finde sehr zuckerhaltiges Essen z.b. mittlerweile absolut abscheulich. Während ich früher davon nicht genug kriegen konnte.

Wie ist das passiert, und das ist gut so, oder?

probably also because you notice the difference in your body… more energy, less mood swings, pleasant feeling in the breeze, you feel lighter etc.

the body accustomed to everything and sugar is never wrong 🙂

Because nutrition is in front of all education and habit.

you can’t feed enough healthy.

You should just take care of your body and not fall into sick calorie counting or constantly ban everything possible, such as your birthday cake or something.

Sugar is a addiction. The less you eat, the less the body and your psyche have the desire for it. That’s a good thing, like a positive pampering!

Your bacteria in the intestine determine what you’re hungry, and how well it’s metabolized. The bacteria that demand sugar have died with you.
