It’s okay. Engines always have a small oil consumption. And I’d be surprised if you can measure that accurately.
Well, if you record how much you’re tipping, it’s clear
If your bike consumes so much oil, something is wrong. I don’t have to tip between the intervals (12,000km).
Well, I asked the dealer and he said that at a 125 is absolutely normal. In addition, after the additive and after valve play, the consumption is extremely low and remember at a 125’s is just with filter 950 milliliter oil in it and between minimum and maximum macification it may be 50 mililiter oil at least I am short to minimum and then I fill 40 milliliters and I am just before maximum
My Varadero 125 had no oil consumed at 10,000km. Is there any difference whether Honda or any other amateur builds engine 😉
100ml on 100km are all right. I’ve rarely used less.
Yes but I hardly have a consumption more I had 5 mililiter per 100 kilometers then my valve game was set a service and added an additive and now I am after 500 kilometers equal to 0 kilometers I might have lost 1 millimeter
Something, but not as much as you write here.
You’re making me a lot too much weight for everything.
I keep driving him warm, but so that even if he is always treated like a God, he is always warmed, he is still losing to a thousand kilometers of oil
I always drive him warm and meant that, even if you drive him warm the little bit lost, with me it is almost nothing more
At the latest after this statement, I would change the workshop.
Did you just say it doesn’t matter if you drive the engine warm?
Oh, come on, you had to wonder about nix;D
Yes it is virtually impossible to drive around 125 in the rural area warm when you have to drive 100 you can’t do that gently.
Nevertheless, it does to get rid of every motor well warm.
Yes I have almost no more consumption he has said with a cylinder it is normal whether you always warm it that is lost oil. Don’t have to be much. I drove 500 kilometers now and I didn’t lose anything
I also think the statement of the workshop is very questionable.
The piston has 2 piston rings and 1 ÖLABSTREIFRING.
Of course, the 125s always have tewas problems that are driven at high speeds even if they are still cold, that’s not different.
But I say again I had to refill oil at my 125 NIE oil and that was ne 2 cylinders that were constantly chased over 10,000u/min and the 2 pistons have to be the seal 😉
So in the workshop they have said that you always have a consumption because the oil remains stuck to the cylinder walls and burns
Manufacturers do not have a dock on guarantee to have to exchange things so they like to tell that something consumption should be completely normal.
In fact, this is a good motor does not need to refill oil between normal oil exchange intervals.
You have said it is completely normal that you have such a consumption
