Eat less – cravings?
I eat unnecessarily even though I'm not hungry.
So what I feel is definitely not hunger.
I eat when I feel like it or when I'm bored (or for no reason at all). Without being hungry, and that's why I gain weight.
Anyway, what can I do about it? Because I'm starting to worry that I'll end up throwing up from eating too much….
Quitting doesn't work.
Not buying sweets?… doesn't work either. I have two smaller brothers who are slim. I even think that one of them is underweight, although he generally eats more than me. π₯² Genetics is therefore unlikely.
Someone else should hide sweets? I find them again, this time because I have the urge (I probably have a sugar addictionβI THINK I do). (The positive thing, in my opinion, is that I always found chocolate πβthat should be out.)
DH I will end up getting diabetes because of too much sugarπ₯²π₯²
The fact is I hardly drink anything, so I strangely forget it all the time…but not chocolate.Respect

Repetition: What can I do about it? How can I lose my appetite? And prevent hunger?
(I'm a hopeless caseπ₯²π₯²π₯²π₯²)
It’s only your own willpower.
Then make sure you don’t have boredom. Look for a hobby that keeps your hands busy.
Very bad. First of all, it is unhealthy and secondly you fill with drinking partly your stomach…. this can also help against sweeteners. However, you should not drink something sweet, but water and/or unsweetened tea. And of which at least 1.5 liters a day, that needs your body.
Otherwise, if you have the urge to snack, you can also eat healthy vegetables, such as small cut raw vegetables. The desire for sweetness becomes less when you go through it consistently.
You’re still very young and don’t have to worry too much about your diet, but that you do it for health reasons requires respect.
For the first time, sugar is quite a addiction. But that also means that after a few days β maybe two, three weeks β you would get out of the worst if you can consistently do without sweets. So do NOT touch it.
A healthy diet helps a healthier lifestyle. Are you doing sports? If not, then start consciously with it if yes, make it more regular, perhaps even with small performance targets. If your physical fitness becomes more conscious, it is easier to adjust the diet.
What helped me with weight loss were calorie counter apps like Lifesum or the like. Gamification works and lists the inner pig dog.
Finally, it doesn’t matter that you always have access to sweets β you have to learn to deal with it anyway. It doesn’t help to ban the stuff from your reach in the short term.
Good luck, anyway!
If it counts calories, it can go in the very wrong direction…Do NOT care!
Buy delicious snacks instead of unhealthy sweets. You can eat it whenever you like snacks.
For example, I like these little mini plumomates. These are my favorite bonuses. π
These tomatoes are unsuitable for unwanted growth. It consists mostly of water. This would also cover your fluid needs well without having to drink. π
And since tomatoes have this Umami taste they also make ” addictive”… So are a good substitute for chocolate, which also only docks to the reward center of the brain like a drug…

Thank you.
But shopping my parents do not me..π₯²
You’ll probably get healthier when you talk to them about your problem.
And if you get pocket money you can enjoy yourself. That’s what pocket money is thinking…

A good idea is to create a routine that promotes healthy eating behavior. Try to drink more water to satisfy hunger. Also try to eat more vegetables and fruits instead of relying on candy. Plan your meals in advance to ensure that you do not eat unnecessary. Also try to stick to a regular sleep routine as lack of sleep increases the feeling of hunger. If you feel bad, try to distract yourself by doing something else, for example walking, reading a book or meeting with friends.
Had that too… it’s gone. Is only one phase in teenager age
Try very hard.
Turn off. Take a wheel each time and turn a few when you have a sweet appetite.
