I would say that I had very strong days earlier, usually took tampon and tie and had to change both after 2-3 hours at the latest. Most of the first three days. In the meantime, I only use tampons and must change them every 4 hours at the beginning of the period. At the end it is usually full after 7 hours.
How about you and what do you want with this question? All girls are different and you can compare it badly.
This varies from woman to woman and life to life. There is no rule (haha).
Mostly the period is the strongest in the first 1-2 days. Then change depending on – even there is pretty much everything normal. Tampon but not later than about 5 hours.
As a young woman I had to change the bandage at the beginning of my period about every two hours. I didn’t get along with Tampons or Menstruationstrasse.
Why didn’t you get along with that?
