Vermutlich gar keines. Die Lithium-Ionen Akkus sind Gefahrgut und dürfen nur entsprechende verpackt und mit der passenden Dokumentation versendet werden.
Das ist für den privaten Gelegenheitsversender so gut wie nicht lösbar. Daher nimmt kein mir bekannter Paketdienst sowas von Privatkunden an. Nur von Geschäftskunden mit entsprechendem Vertrag
Nur zur Info: Informiere dich vorher ausführlich, ob der Versand überhaupt zulässig ist, da es sich wegen dem Akku um Gefahrgut handeln könnte.

Beim Zoll kann es Schwierigkeiten geben; alles was ueber 1000 USD Warenwert ( Rechnung) hat, muss ueber einen Broker eingezollt werde.
Besser waere in Mexiko kaufen oder ueber Amazon.com nach Mexiko schicken lassen.
