Stevia. It is natural, therefore tastes natural. Some people say they taste the difference, I personally don’t taste it. It is completely calorie-free and does not harm the teeth.

Unfortunately, with 10 to 12 euros per kilo very expensive, so nothing more for people who bake cakes every week.

Stevia naturally occurs and has been discovered in this way, but is nowadays produced industrially artificially.

In addition, it has only low sweetness in sour milk products (yogurt) and just the same unpleasant aftertaste as other artificial sweeteners.

Hmm. That it is not completely out of the plant is doof. 🤔

As I said, I use “Stevia Sparkling Sweets 1:1” and personally it is at least not possible to distinguish the taste from the normal sugar.

Honey hardly differs from household sugar!

Then it’s the best replacement. Whether calories are to be saved does not emerge from the question, the answer is appropriate to the question.

Honey is like household sugar with a few substances as an admixture. Not healthier!

This is invert sugar! It has almost as many calories as sugar.
