Which painkiller is best tolerated with little alcohol?

Mexalen (paracetamol)

Ibuprofen

aspirin

(I don't plan to drink alcohol at the same time, but I drink alcohol often and therefore want to know which one would have the least complications, because that's the one I'm going to buy now)

Ave!

All receptor-free painkillers are less recommended in combination with alcohol – due to their mode of action and metabolism: Paracetamol strains the liver strongly and ibuprofen and aspirin can lead to stomach ulcers and bleeding in combination with alcohol.

Immediately, metamizol would fall into me as a painkiller with comparatively little complications in combination with alcohol. This, however, is recipe-rich.

Of course, opioids are to be seen.
