It works with so-called bread paper, which can be bought in supermarkets, for example at REWE, or at Edeka from the role:

Although bread paper looks a little like baking paper, it is not coated with Teflon and contains – another plus – no plasticizers.

Yes but with most. Plasticizers are also in the baking paper

I have just seen that some butter bread papers are also coated 😒
