For roasting, I never take oil, but only butter, pork or geese. These fats best keep high temperatures. I use high-quality oils such as olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, nut oil or grape seed oil only cold for salads.

There is no oil that is healthy. There is only oil that is the least evil. I think that’s olive oil. Oil should be avoided as far as possible!
