I’ll take sun for a lighter dough. And sometimes half and half.

BUTTER OR Margarine in oil..

200G butter is 160 ml of oil. + 40 ml liquid such as rum or milk.

“What oil is not suitable for roasting? Native and cold-pressed oil with a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids usually has a low smoke point of up to 175° C. and is therefore not suitable for frying. If it is heated, it burns quickly and forms toxic substances.”

Better would have been rapeseed oil, but as long as it worked, it is now no matter 😁

Well, you shouldn’t heat it over 120°, but the oil reached in the oven I don’t think at 180-200°;)

It is best not at all, but the least unproblematic is oil that originates from Macadamia nuts and has been produced by a vaccum mixxer.
Then olive oil comes.
