That my daughter!

She always said “mee” to her pacifier as a toddler. There the youth word did not exist (1998 ca.). It’s legendary to me!

Not quite correct. The word “Meme” was used for the first time in Richard Dawkins’ work “The Slefish Gene”. But there was something different than today. “Meme” with the meaning as we know it today was used for the first time in 1993. And the first meme in the sense I mean in the 30s at some point.
