So I liked to take magnesium citrate 4g (I believe) daily.

e.g.

Now I have been using standard DM products for a while, but is only magnesium oxide and carbonate 1 tablet

Otherwise D3+K2 autumn, winter. Zinc, Creatine, Ashwaganda (1 month)

As Booster Taurine, Citrullin Malat and Guarana

Oxid is dirt. Works very quickly and is the cheapest on the market.

4g magnesium is already a severe dosage. I take between 400mg and 1g a day.

In the Mg citrate it was 1 spoon and that was 4-5 g. There were 400 mg of Mg in there

Magnesium citrate, currently in powder form instead of capsules. This is much cheaper.

Magnesium Verla directly with raspberry taste. I have always been at jogging cramps and I have gained good experiences with that. In the meantime, I had diasporal right, but I didn’t do that well.

Only from the pharmacy. And always from “Verla” and also always only the (better) magnesium citrate.
