Debian, meanwhile Ubuntu puts too much on snaps and takes forever for patches (also with Pro), which is unacceptable for servers.

I got a Nextcloud on Ubuntu. It runs and runs and runs…. Every now and then apps walk around for the self-created certificate. Otherwise there are no problems.

Linux Debian 13! Is unstable, since still in beta, but has the latest versions in libraries and software!
