What is your favorite vegetable?

There are so many delicious vegetables in the supermarket or from your own garden. My favorites are peas and beans, but there are also some exotic varieties you might want to try.

What is your favorite vegetable? Why this one?

I like spinach and mangold. I like to process mangold in a lasagna. Why? Because it tastes me. 😉

Of the more unknown vegetables: Stielmus and reporting. There is no supermarket. I’ve grown both myself.

The potato. Absolutely versatile, saturating and delicious. Not unhealthy.

But in principle I like almost any vegetables.

Hello,

my favorite vegetables also depend on the season.

I like all types of cabbage (wesing, green cabbage, white cabbage, red cabbage, cauliflower cabbage).

In addition, I particularly like black roots (I prefer the asparagus at any time), spinach, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, paprika, tomatoes and carrots.
