Which food fills you up with few calories?

I am M16, 1.77m and 85kg and most of it is muscle mass according to a body composition analysis I did, so I would like to lose a little weight to look even more defined.

I also wanted to ask what you think of the food:

Semolina dumplings with vegetables (peas, carrots, cauliflower and corn)

Is this healthy? It actually tastes pretty good.

So whether your food is good or not I can’t answer you because I would never eat there. 🤣😅

But there is little Kcal and what is fed up there is not directly. Satt mainly makes protein and fat. So lean fish or meat, but more healthy would be fat fish and at least bit fat on the meat.

Large amounts of vegetables to get tired is the worst thing you can do. This is only meaningless to the stomach u d due to the whole chemistry on the vegetables makes so much sick for a long time.

If you want to look more defined, leave the carbohydrates away. Because carbohydrates draw a lot of water, but that’s what I would recommend if you were sick.

Your food is very good and balanced, think that you can lose weight so well without getting into a too big deficit.
