Which food for learning phases?

Do you know that feeling when you're studying and you don't know what to eat because otherwise you just want to chill after eating? I do, so someone has food that's good for studying phases, where you can't get particularly distracted and don't get into chill mode.

Hope you understand what I mean.

Peppers, carrots, bananas, cucumber slices, natural yoghurt (if desired with fruits, oat flakes, …).
