Welches Brot?

Pumpernickel red is very healthy and has relatively little calories compared.

If you are not concerned with the health factor, white bread usually has the least calories.

You won’t get as little calories as possible with bread. They all have about the same amount and more than 300kcal per 100g.

But if you really want to have something reasonable then you should get yourself pure full-grained. However, this may cost more money and you will almost not get in the normal discounter and supermarket. If you would have to bake it yourself from full grain flour, water, yeast or sourdough, a pinch of salt and maybe some sugar (but I usually leave it away because the dough starts without wonderful as the flour already contains enough sugar)

Hey👋🏻

On social media there are great recipes – have you ever heard of cloud bread? But if you prefer alternatives from the supermarket, then I would give you rice/maiswaffeln (per piece about 25kcal.), knäckebrot (per piece approx. 40kcal or toast bread (approximately 100kcal per slice) recommend 🙂
