Where can I get neoprene (3cm wide & 1m+ long)?
I still need padding for a harness I want to make myself. But I can't find a neoprene roll(?) that is 3cm wide and at least 1 meter long. The question is above. Or can anyone recommend other fabrics that are suitable for upholstery?

Actually, I can already be described as an "advanced" crocheter. But the English instructions: R 21: 5 sc, 3 sc together with sc from 1st hand, 6 sc, 3 sc together with sc from 2nd hand, 1 sc I don't understand. This is a body of an Amigurumi. I would be very grateful for help!
