I need a WiFi extender because I want to use a LAN cable for my PC. Unfortunately, our WiFi router is too far away for that.

However, it is also important that the repeater is positioned at a location where good wlan reception is still important. if the only miserable wlan receives, it can also pass on only bad wlan. You have to test this. The most stable is a direct cable connection between pc and router.
FritzBox 7560 supports
a repeater with Wifi5 (min. 866 MBit/s) out.
So a Wifi6 (AX) will also work, but it will only be able to work with WiFi5 (AC) because the FritzBox does not support Wifi6. Thus it does not have to be WiFi6 (AX).
A Fritz Repeater 2400 is therefore completely sufficient, has good range.
A Fritz Repeater 1200 goes, but WiFi5 is slightly weak.
A Fritz Repeater 3000 or 6000 (both have AX wifi6) is excessive.
