Are the tortillas still good?

I've had tortillas that have been open for weeks (I think even for a month or two). They show no signs of spoilage, except for a slightly dry appearance at first. Are they still safe to eat?

Otherwise, I prefer to make burgers myself – with poppy rolls and otherwise: burger pattie, bacon, salad, BBQ sauce, double cheese and other stuff I like.
The really correct answer would not be one of them, but the burgers I make from scratch. But if it hits me into such a store every year, it’s usually a McRib on the tablet.
