Mostly iceberg, because the long one remains quite crisp.

Or Lollo in green or red. Although it is relatively fast, the leaves are laid on the edge, because of the optics, the “locky” looks beautifully out on the side, and this remains fresh.

I’ve never processed head salad in my career, because it’s getting too fast.

KLess than or equal to or less, are a little firmer than head salad, but stay significantly longer and taste me.
