Which campsite on Rügen is easily accessible if you travel by train?

Hey, my question is for people who are experienced in camping.

My girlfriend and I are only traveling by train and are therefore looking for a camping spot for the first night that is not too far from the train station and is also easily accessible by public transport.

I'm also interested in your experiences with wild camping on Rügen, as we'd like to move on later. Do you think it's feasible, or is it more likely that we'll get caught?

thanks in advance!

This year I was on Rügen with the tent and our campsite was on Rügen. If you just drive to Lome by bus, but just before Lome, where you can also see the camp by-law, you can stay there. This campsite is a natural campsite for campers who like to stay at Waldboden.

Have fun
