Which BMW 5 Series F10?

It is clear that it will be an F10 BMW with a diesel engine and rear-wheel drive, the question is which one offers the best price/performance ratio.

Also in terms of taxes and such, 184/204/245 hp is quite a difference.

Do any of you have personal experience with this car? If you drive or have driven one, please tell me about it!

I have a 530d but with 258 hp

I’d buy another one. Nothing against the 4 cyl. But a 6 cylinder is simply mandatory in class

I’m a fan of the six cylinders. Is of course a question of maintenance, but it should not take much to the other two on long distance.

Then you seem to mean the F10 of the first generation. Only the 530d is a 6.

In terms of performance you just lack 40 hp and approx. 90 Nm. You’ll notice that in comparison, but a diesel with > 200 hp is already a house number. If the purchase prices are similar, I would tend to be 530d, otherwise you will be well off at 525d. Both have the same engine (N57D30).

Would definitely take the 6 cylinder. If you take an old 525d, you have a good 6 cylinder in there. However, there were only short ones and the first F10 still had quite a childhood disease. You’re not doing anything wrong with the 530. If halfway is maintained, this is a solid engine

Isn’t that just the motorization?
Makes little difference in the car, except the performance.

The higher the performance, the more expensive maintenance and acquisition. But I think that should be clear.

I think you’ll have to deal with your purse. Do you bring the par PS? I’m driving 220hp and I think it’s kind of unnecessary. But this is subjective.

I would also definitely reach the 530’s, even if the 525’s “actually” is enough. If there were not these children’s diseases, which were mentioned here 🙂

New, or used? Taxes are the least problem with regard to costs. Was he 62? Was great and had pressure. Hardly repairs.

Nothing goes over a 6 cylinder.

Nothing goes over a 6 cylinder with your wishes. You need less than a 4 cylinder with a reasonable driving style. Aside costs are stupid ass. If I’m driving a car like this, I’m not interested.
