E-scooter unerlaubt in Einfahrt abgestellt?

Heute Morgen hat eine Dame in meiner Abwesenheit ihren Lime E-scooter quer in meiner Einfahrt abgestellt und ist gegangen. Leider konnte ich deswegen nicht mehr in die Einfahrt einfahren und musste mir einen anderen Parkplatz suchen. Jetzt frage ich mich ob die Möglichkeit besteht den Scooter auf Kosten des Betreibers, oder gar der Dame abschleppen…

“good grating” is more a case for sanding paper and wire brush, then grate converter, then lacquer

Pretreatment is clear.

Why paint after that?
