Which career should you choose as an HSP?

Hello everyone,

I have a question that's been bothering me for a while. I'm currently looking for a job, but the big problem is, which one?

The following should be mentioned and added:

I currently work in logistics as a picker and am responsible for the technical management of two colleagues. Before that, I worked in retail for ten years. In addition, I obtained my training qualification at the beginning of the year and am also a highly sensitive personality disorder (HSP). My hobby is quite creative, as I enjoy landscape photography.

I also have a strong feminine side, I like dealing with people/customer contact, and because of my HSP I have strong empathy, a strong analytical mindset and a great desire to help people.

I've also considered career counseling at the employment agency or consulting a job coach. But what approach would you recommend, or what other solutions could I pursue?

To recommend something to you, this is much too little information. If you’re helpful, it’s likely that social professions will fit you. But there are also office jobs and there are plenty of them. There are always job markets in larger cities. To do this, you can read the job descriptions online on all job exchanges, whether there’s anything to appeal to you. And yes, the idea of having you consulted at the job center is also good. A coach? Hm, if you think this is necessary….
