Hi, Mein Smartphone ist kaputt, und ich will unbedingt Audiofiles davon extrahieren. Wenn ich es anschalte dann flackert nur ein weißes Licht, aber der Bildschirm geht nicht an. Deswegen habe ich es an über ein USB HUb mit meinem Laptop verbunden. Müsste das Smartphone jetzt nicht automatisch angezeigt werden? LG

Before you buy a MacBook, you should check if a Mac is a good choice at all.
Macs use a different operating system and also a different CPU architecture than ordinary desktop PCs and laptops. Both are reasons for not running certain software on the device. This would also be the case with sufficient performance.

According to these programs, a MacBook Air would also do the job. Because of passive cooling (is also an advantage), you will not be able to calculate 24/7 somewhat demanding. The performance will decrease relatively strongly when the chip is hot.
Regarding Archicad, the Mac should have at least 16GB of RAM. If large projects are expected, 24GB could also be useful. More is not available at MacBook Air.
In the GPU, the variant with fewer cores is also sufficient. Preferably, you also take the M3 instead of the M2.

A few more information would be nice, Budget? What do you mean “genic performance”? How big should the display be? What functions are important to you? What programs will you use? How much at the same time?
