Which adapter for LED H7 on BMW 525 d?

I bought some LEDs for my headlights on Amazon because I'm going on vacation. The LEDs are called "LED H7 6000 with Phillips approval." They look like this:

I tried to fit it to my 2011 BMW 525 F10. However, the workshop said there was a missing adapter for it.
What kind of closure adapter do I need exactly? Can someone help me?

The locking adapter must be on there

Does anyone have any idea what the adapters are called, or does anyone have a direct link where I can order them? I'm really desperate. These things cost me €100, and I can't return them.

In the release list stands for which vehicles they are approved and which adapter rings you need:

https://www.philips.de/c-e/au/autolampen/led-compatibility-list

Since no 5 is listed in the list and therefore there is no release for your vehicle, you must not use it anyway. That’s what the workshop could have told you before the installation attempt.
