Hello,

I just like Currywurst as I like her from the

known from rust sausage (or brown sausage).

In Bavaria, Currywurst is made almost exclusively from Bockwurst (or red sausage). That’s why I always ask when Currywurst is on the map. I usually have to decide something else.

Curryking’s gonna make me Viennese sausage.
Otherwise usually sausage (usually pig) for curry sausage. And important: the sausage must be grilled or in the pan. Never cook.
In the sauce you can make some lakritze.

Hi, so I’ve tried a lot and ended up with the rust sausage. I’ve been on Which sausage for curry sausage informs about the different variants.

Rindswurst, the sauce you need to do with Cola

Depends on where you live.

In Berlin a special sausage without intestine is used for the curry sausage. In Frankfurt one often takes a red (i.e. Rindswurst) and in other areas even a sausage is taken.

In addition to the sausage, however, the curry sauce is very important. Ketchup with Curry is the worst thing you can do.

Classically you take a pre-brown fine sausage from the pig if you want to prepare a curry sausage. Grilled and not roasted.

Imbisse use what you think is right.

Industrially, the specially produced, meter-long sausages are without intestines. The manufacturer of the curryking can even buy the finished pre-cut slices from the meatwork.

With us, grill sausage (brown, fine) is common, elsewhere a coarse beef sausage, sausage without pelle or even Vienna sausages to meat sausages.

Also the type of sauce varies between brown sauce, warm curry ketchup and tomato sauce

Thüringer Bratwurst – ideally fried on a table roaster and not (!) in the pan or on the grill.

You can take any sausage you like. I’ve already had a big buckwurst with Curry-Ketchup, a cowwurst, a thüringer buckwurst, a kind of debreciner…..Male was the question: Want a red or a white?

I only take a bratwurst from my butcher. Never from the supermarket. And this sausage tastes very good.
