With mixed food you get enough vitamins and nutrients. Please check in the blood if there is a vitamin deficiency.

Many people have a vitamin D3 deficiency, even that can be measured in the blood and then also be substituted in tablet form if the mirror is too low.

Feeding vitamins should always be accompanied by an investigated deficiency, otherwise it may lead to undesirable effects if you are substituting.

In your example of vitamin B12, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea and skin rash can occur.

On my own, I wouldn’t feed vitamins.

Good for you.

The consequence of chronic overuse of vitamin B12 is the functional disorder of various organ systems, especially diseases of the nervous system.

None – a normal, healthy mixed nutrition is completely sufficient.

You don’t have to take any drops or powder. ‘Beauty from the inside’ is advertising babla. It’s enough to feed you balanced. Then you automatically get the necessary vitamins.

Actually, only vitamin B12 and D. A daily supply of artificial vitamins shortens the lifetime.
