Which insurance provides information for tradesmen on balconies?

Last week, I was notified that contractors would soon be accessing our balcony via ladder for three or four days. At the same time, I was told to notify our insurance company: But which one…???

Household insurance. It’s about an increase in danger. In theory, the ladder could also make burglars easier on the balcony and into the apartment.
