It shouldn't be too expensive (max. 100 euros, upper limit 120), should be safe up to 10 meters, and (optional!!!) should be large enough for a 600mm lens with a 92mm aperture if I want to take pictures of waterfowl, etc….

A commercially available wild camera runs for weeks with a set of batteries. Why do you want to connect it to 230 volts?
