Bubble is always hot… so pan nicely preheat and pure with that when all sides are brown, the heat can down to the rest of the roving, if necessary (especially if the meat also came to the refrigerator, often the case).

Strongly roast for beautiful roasting materials, then fry with medium heat.

Think of enough oil for the pan. You can then grease the juices with kitchen paper.
