Nothing for wanting.

If you do it and you get caught, it will come to the trial and you will be battered, e.g.:
Penalties
Social hours
FISHERIES
etc…

And believe me, you will catch!! Because the blues aren’t stupid, and a mofa immediately notices when it’s faster.

You seem to be a little naive, right?
Do you seriously believe that you can escape from the police with such a plan? Then you stand in front of the Kadi (judge), then have a fat license lock and can play the Urinkellner in the Alteheim….
Have fun!
Don’t be stupid.

Then why do you want to work on just driving a bike?

It may be quite, but SO isn’t fun, believe me.
Then save on a scooter or another vehicle, but make everything legal!

Don’t make a child’s crumble, please!

If you’re just WILL, nothing happens. if you actually do it, the device loses approval.

If you run a vehicle that is not approved, you have no insurance cover. You’re not gonna be happy when someone gets hurt.

None Will is not criminal.

It’s criminal when you get caught on public roads with the tuned thing:

  • Extinction of the licence
  • Driving without driving licence
  • Infringement of compulsory insurance law

The punishments for this, please go for yourself.

Infringement of compulsory insurance law

Wiso do you support the questioner that he does not insure the Mofa?

Because a colorful mofa has to be insured differently than a standard.

It’s just Qatsch. The insurer is still in the service obligation.

§6 PflVG punishes driving without insurance contract.

A risk increase in the existing insurance contract is not driving without an existing insurance contract.

However, as it has most likely insured the vehicle as a mofa (M1 to 25km/h), an increase in insurance coverage would be extinguished in case of a performance/speed, i.e. without insurance

…you can only violate the compulsory insurance law if you have a motor vehicle not insured.

The classification is the insurance contract is a completely different topic (deviating maximum speed).
