Which SSD for Windows files?
Good morning (or almost noon) to all,
Which SSD would you recommend for my Windows files, and what size should I use? How many GB do the files need?

Hello, I recently purchased a used monitor on eBay. The monitor's description stated that it worked perfectly without any issues. Now, after a week, the monitor is exhibiting a problem. I noticed that if I play games on the monitor for a while, the screen goes black for a second about every hour. What could…
I have entered my password incorrectly many times and now it has been blocked. Does anyone know what to do because YouTube says you should reset the password but my phone does not allow it because it is blocked.
We know that everything processed/stored by a computer is digital. See the article on this: Now the question: Is our money in the account digital or "just" electronic?
Do you leave your data visible in Windows under My PC, Quick Access, and Desktop Data, or do you move it externally so that the data isn't visible internally?
Can anyone tell me what this is and what I can do about it?
Last night, I turned on my PC as usual, and suddenly it started humming, so I turned it off again. What exactly should I do to fix this, if anyone knows? I've opened it up and am thinking about taking something out and putting it back in to see if it might improve things.
Do you mean the operating system with Windows files?
This requires at least 64 GB to run meaningfully. To install more games, this is not enough. With 128 GB or 256 GB, you’re safer and that doesn’t cost much more (is there still 64 GB of SSDs to buy?).
I would only buy >= 500 GB so that it will last a few years. A Samsung 870 EVO 500 GB costs, for example, 70€. With 250 GB you are with 48€ (Conrad). An Intenso 512 GB is available for 44€.
The speed differences between the SSDs are small. It is more important to decide whether to take an M2 or SATA SSD. What connections does the motherboard offer?
When it comes to playing, the durability is not so tragic. In a workstation computer, a short-term failure can cause severe costs. Then it is not worth buying cheaper hardware.
Should take at least 256GB as main SSD if not 500 if necessary and it fits into budget.
Just don’t take the cheapest intenso or Kingston SSD. However, don’t have to be the most expensive ones, there are plenty of test reports just have to look around.
