I wouldn’t wear gloves in such a process, because they don’t bring anything (where are they supposed to protect you?) and only affect fine motors.

Furthermore, I would not cut it with the Dremel, but probably rather with an angle grinder. If it is a small workpiece, Proxxon Langhals angle grinder. With self-made extra cross handle. Even the cutting discs for the Proxxon clip saw fit on it when you cut off the protection, which is of course impossible for safety reasons!1

As protective equipment, I would wear a protective goggle or even facial protection, and of course hearing protection.

No one! Gloves are a bad idea on rotating machines. If it’s captured by the machine, it’ll tear your fingers off. Use a matching screwstock or similar

Well, that a precision drill bit rips off a finger, but I’d like to see it first. Things do not even have enough strength for many of their actual tasks.
