Pot base

  • Take 1 onion fine cubes or frozen spices and roast.
  • 1 fry fresh soup green and add. (Preview with the celery. If I don’t have it, I’ll leave it big and take it out later) If I don’t have it, there’s also: 2 – 3 tablespoons of dried soup green from the glass or from the freezer.
  • 400 – 500 g of potatoes, cubed (we love potatoes)
  • 800 ml liquid vegetable broth from the glass (or water + grained vegetable broth) add
  • spices: laurel leaves (take out later), ground carnations, salt, pepper and grained broths or broth cubes, etc.

Cook for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then, e.g., Lorbee leaves and Sellerei again, if you don’t like them.

Now you can adjust the court. For example, with roasted bacon or sausage, it is a potato stew. Smoking is going too. It’s just something to cook.

Alternatively, you can add and heat a large can of peas or lentils or beans. You are also flexible with the meat insert. She doesn’t have to go in, but smoking, cassel or hot sausages are good. If the stew is too thin, you thicken in some potato puree from the bag or wait a day.

Japchae!

Simply small chopped garlic with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil and1⁄2Stir brown sugar into a bowl. Then either cut meat (rib fillet) or as in my case vegetarian meat substitute 75g into thin strips and do in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of marinade and pepper and leave for about 15 minutes. After that you take an egg and shake it with some salt.1⁄2Heat sunflower oil in a pan and add the egg. Then you burn the 1 to 2 minutes, take it out and let it cool. Then halve, roll up and cut into very narrow straps. Then simply cut onion, paprika and carrot also into thin strips and, depending on how sharp you like it, cut chillishote into rings. Cut 75g Shiitake Pillow into thin slices. Then heat some leaf spinach (75g) in the pan with a little sunflower oil at the highest level until the leaves collapse. Then simply spice into a bowl with 1 TL soy sauce and 1 TL sesame oil. Then heat the residual sunflower oil in the same pan and cook the vegetables softly at medium level. Then simply put it in a bowl with spinach and add another 1 TL sesame oil and 1 TL soy sauce. The marinated beef fillet strips then roast in the pan for about 2 minutes and then add to the remainder. Then you cook 75g of glass noodles, pour them off and cut them small with scissors and put them back into the pot, you add the rest of the marinade and stir it until the noodles have taken up the marinade. Then simply put everything in a bowl, season with pepper, add sesame and then arrange.

The recipe is for 2 servings.

beef steak, beef chop steak or fish fillet, fried in olive oil, with edibles and carrots from the can heated into something Me or mixed into a puree of powder.

Alternatively: wholemeal with peas and carrots from the can, mixed in olive oil frutti di Mare or beef goulash, a shot of olive oil with it.

Alternatively: Spanish tortilla, so beat 2 eggs, cut small potato, fry and stir all into the pan, apply shrimp and fry. Everything with extra virgin olive oil.

Alternatively: boil spaghetti (balls as thick as small fingers) and cook 1 tomato, cooked tomato pellen, in the pan in olive oil 100 g of beef chop and mix the comminuted tomato and fry, all along with frying oil over spaghetti.

The proteins in an amount of from 100 to 120 g (i.e. only a HALBES Rumpsteak), and the remainder in a small amount suitable for this.

No sauces, instead the Bratfond (Olivenöl) over food.

Appetizer: with scissors of small-cut green salad (1/2 romanes) with vinegar and olive oil, decorated with tomato pieces (1/2 tomato), olives, tuna, egg slices, corn grains.

There are so many

I can use Google and filter results alone and independently.

I explicitly asked for recommendations, not for a link to Google.

If you have no experience, don’t answer.

But exactly where does Chef help

you give the ingredients one that wants to use su right now – even if you think they do not fit together

and you get lots of cool suggestions

There are so many foods for free in food.

There will never be boring and varied

I didn’t know you just wanted 0-8-15 recipes

During cooking time the main ingredient can be prepared.

Potato dishes are cooked for a maximum of 20 minutes.

In pasta dishes, a maximum of 15 minutes.

For rice dishes not more than 11 minutes. Besides dairy and other specialties.

Fish and meat can always be prepared quickly, except meal.

I cook daily varied and fresh. Often twice a day. Shopping requires more time than preparation.
