Why is my PC only using half of my RAM?
In the Task Manager (Processes tab), it shows that I'm using approximately 8GB of RAM, which would be 93%. However, the PC has two 8GB RAM sticks installed, and the Performance tab also shows that it's detecting 16GB and almost using it. Is this normal, or is it a hardware or software issue?

This is different from board to board and depends on different chipsets or sometimes even BIOS versions.
In general, this base was created in 2017 with the then new Ryzen Series introduced and produced by 2022. The socket supports all processors of the Ryzen 1000, 2000, 3000 and 5000 series.
Ryzen 9 for socket AM4 is available only with model numbers 39×0 and 59×0. Threadrippers do not fit.
More accurate and all compatible models can be found in the CPU compatibility list of your motherboard on its website.
