Such a measurement does not say anything about the actual reaction time in traffic, because in traffic one is not prepared for that.

Not yet. I had a really dangerous situation in the driving school a few years ago, and I was on the brake faster than my driving instructor. I would therefore say that my reaction time is a “very good one”, which is also, to some extent, a daily version.

When driving directly it was never measured yet I had a test with the doctor and my average reaction is between 250 and 300 ms

You can measure everything, but how do you want to measure your reaction time in real operation?
