Protein is also in all plants. B12 is more problematic. Breached vegetarian food can contain B12 because some bacteria produce it. A B12 tablet would be the better choice.

Algae contain only B12 analogues which humans cannot use and even inhibits the absorption of usable B12.

Apart from B12 supplements, there is nowhere enough B12 included

B12 in plants brings your body equal to zero, as so-called. Analogs are.

Here you need B12 preparations when you eat vegan.

Proteins, on the other hand, occur in everything that grows.

Algae:

chlorella

spirulina

Herbs /

Tempeh

➡️If you’re not meat and vegan, you’re on a vitamin B12 supplement urgently needed

Without such, there could be irreparable damage to the nervous system.

Even meat eaters often have a too bad B12 mirror.

There should be no experiments.

It’s a bad thing to do.
