Welche Körpertemperatur haben Vögel, z.B. Hühner, Enten, Gänse, Störche, Reiher, Trappen, Rallen, Papageivögel, Rabenvögel, Singvögel?

Bei Katzen und Hunden liegt die Körpertemperatur ja aus menschlicher Sicht fast im Fieber-Bereich, ist das bei Vögeln auch so?

In general, this is similar to mammals for birds. I even mean that in animals of comparable size birds have a somewhat higher body temperature.
And as far as I know, feathers are better insulated against cold than hair.

There are also quite small mammals. OK, the smallest of the group are birds, the largest mammals, but the overlap area is large.

The body temperature of the birds is generally higher than that of mammals.

But many birds can regulate their body temperature themselves depending on the ambient temperature.

For example, the miracle bird wave trimmer, which can lower its body temperature by several degrees when required.

And here I don’t mean the Torpor, better known as cold stars.

I know waves have a body temperature of 40 degrees. It’s probably the same for other birds.
